The Board is chaired independently by Eileen Mills, who also acts as Independent Chair and Scrutineer for the Redbridge Safeguarding Children Partnership (RSCP). Eileen can be contacted via 020 8708 5282 or at Eileen.Mills@redbridge.gov.uk . Eileen works approximately three days a month for the Board. If urgent, contact can be made via the RSAB Manager (see below). The Chair is part of the London SAB Chairs Network.
